World Gospel Outreach (WGO) is searching for the right leader to fill the Field Director position on our beautiful campus in Belmopan Belize. The current major element of WGO ministry in Belize is a North American serve team experience. These teams come and do partnership projects in the community such as construction, medical, water projects, etc.  Key responsibilities as Field Director include but are not limited to ministry planning and development, spiritual leadership, financial/risk management, construction and facilities oversight and government adherence for operations in Belize.
