Long Term Missionaries
Long Term Missionaries are North Americans that serve full time in a foreign field. They will serve for a minimum of a 6 month to 4 year covenant (position permitting) and be able to raise their full support with the intention of serving longer in order to have a more effective ministry impact. Language training will be required for those not proficient.

The essence of this position is to help build a true Christian Community and a strategic discipleship plan. This will be accomplished by prayerfully assisting the Ranch Director and the managers under the Ranch Director with programs to encourage spiritual growth and development for both staff members and children.

This person will be responsible for assistance in developing new programs and methods of education. The Assistant Principal will research and evaluate new curriculums to find ones that best fit the needs of Ebenezer Academy and align with the morals and values of WGO. They will also provide support for the Principal/ Director, teachers and staff and help wherever needed at the Academy.

The Mission House (MH) Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the medical needs of the serve teams’ members. They will ensure the health and safety of serve teams, staff members and volunteers at the Mission House.

World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to join our team as a member of Maintenance Operations at Rancho Ebenezer. The Ranch Maintenance personnel will be expected to help maintain the grounds, building and facilities at Rancho Ebenezer. This may include things like yard work, handy-man work, some construction, and basic plumbing and appliance work. No degree is required for this position but they must be able to show quality of work.

The main responsibility of the Ranch Nurse will be to provide overall medical care for the children, staff, residents and visitors of Rancho Ebenezer. The Ranch Nurse will be expected to promote spiritual, physical and emotional wellbeing through strong and balanced medical and Biblical practices. They will manage the medical clinic and will also equip the staff and residents to understand the best medical practices used in a home.

The Children’s Psychologist at the Ranch will conduct psychological testing, leading to diagnoses, analysis, and treatment of psychological disturbances. The psychologist must be able to conduct clinical sessions independently with the children and youth at the Ranch.

The Serve Team (ST) Auxiliary will provide assistance to the Serve Team department. Under the direction of the ST Manager, they will provide direction, transportation, translation and logistical support for visiting teams.
Volunteers
Volunteers can serve for one week up to three months at a time in Honduras and/ or Belize. When serving abroad, volunteers live on WGO campuses and provide support for WGO's missionaries and staff as needed. This can be either a self-supported or fundraising opportunity. Volunteers can also be approved to serve stateside for longer periods of time in designated roles.

Ambassadors work closely with our Development Director for guidance in identifying opportunities to share the Kingdom work being accomplished in Central America. Becoming an Ambassador for World Gospel Outreach is a great way for WGO's friends and partners to share personal experiences and trips to encourage others to get involved with our Kingdom mission.
